It was a hit. Thanks for the post :. I think the orange juice really adds a lot to the flavors and is is a very difficult ingredient to substitute. I guess the next best thing would be some apple or cranberry juice. This has always been a favorite in my house.
If you want to try it again perhaps consider leaving out the honey. That would certainly help cut the sweetness. Hopefully you can find some other recipes on my blog more to your liking. Not having orange juice is not a problem if you have a can of pineapple or some pineapple juice.

While it is nice having some of the sauce to drizzle over it at the end as long as you have been basting it while it cooks you will still end up with a super moist and flavorful loin.
